We collect only the details we need to answer your enquiry or run your programme: names, contact details and anything you choose to tell us. We never sell your data, we keep it only as long as we need it, and you can ask us to see or delete it at any time.
Terms
Every programme is confirmed in writing before you pay anything. Deposits, balances, cancellation windows and refund rules are set out in your booking confirmation, and we are happy to explain any of them before you commit.
