For three days, you speak for a country.
You will research its position, write your speeches, build alliances in the corridors and defend every word on the floor. Most delegates arrive nervous. They leave knowing they can stand up in any room and be heard.
For teachers: a conference you can say yes to.
Every delegate gets a study guide for their committee and training in the rules of procedure, and experienced chairs give feedback in every session. Faculty advisors attend free, and your delegation has one named contact from booking to departure.

- 15 February 2027: country assignments sent and hotel bookings close.
- 7 March 2027: position papers due.
- 18 March 2027: arrivals and welcome evening.

Looked after, from arrival to departure.
Every school delegation travels with its own faculty advisor. Delegates under 16 come as part of a school delegation, and individual delegates aged 16 to 18 need signed parental consent. Our staff are at the venue and in our partner hotels throughout, and one emergency number is answered day and night.

Questions
Do I need Model UN experience?
No. Every committee shows its level, and first-time delegates get training on the first morning.
Can I come without my school?
Yes, if you are 16 to 18 and have signed parental consent. Younger delegates come with a school delegation and a faculty advisor.
Where exactly is it?
In central Tirana. Full venue details go to every booked delegation with the joining instructions.
Which hotels are they?
Partner hotels in central Tirana, named in your booking confirmation.
What language is the conference in?
English, in every committee.
How are countries assigned?
After you book. Schools list their preferences, and assignments are sent by 15 February 2027.
Do we have to book a hotel package?
No. Choose No hotel and arrange your own stay.
Can our school pay by invoice?
Yes. Contact us and we will send an invoice for your whole delegation.
What if we need to cancel?
Full refund until 31 January 2027, 50 percent until 28 February 2027, and no refund after that. You can change delegate names at any time.
